The Palais
The Palais at Hepburn Springs is a much loved treasure in the region, harking back to the 1920s, The Palais was once a dance hall, and has been reborn in many incarnations to its current status as an iconic venue for live music, fine food, and a boutique venue for weddings and functions. With a sprung ballroom floor and stage for live music, The Palais is a venue that’ll have everyone up and dancing til the wee hours.
Hepburn Pavilion
The Hepburn Pavilion at the famous Hepburn Springs Reserve was built in 1908, and retains many beautiful period features that make it a special place to host your event. Stained glass windows, superb tiled floors and a high vaulted ceiling, The Pavilion can host 100 seated or 200 standing guests in picturesque leafy surrounds.
Lake Daylesford
Enchanting Lake Daylesford is an idyllic setting for a romantic outdoor ceremony. Each of the four seasons lends a special ambience to your day. The mist and muted colours of Winter, the vibrance of Spring’s new growth, the crisp colours and sparkle on the water in Summer, and the beauty of leafy Autumnal ceremonies will ensure your day is picture perfect no matter what time of year you choose. Special Touch is well respected by the Hepburn Shire Council, for adhering to their strict guidelines, whist providing elegant garden wedding ceremonies with a most breathtaking backdrop.
Daylesford Cider Company
Situated in lush gardens and orchards only 5 min from the centre Daylesford The Cidery provides the perfect venue for your country wedding. A gorgeous property of manicured gardens and a beautiful ‘old English’ style building. The Cidery can cater for all aspects of your wedding – a ceremony in the gardens, photo’s around the property and in the neighbouring wombat forest, canapés on the lawn, and your choice of sit down, degustation, al la carte or cocktail style menus. Special Touch has recently taken on the role of functions coordinator for Daylesford Cider Company, and would be more than happy to help with all bookings at this beautiful venue.
Ego’s Culinaria
Small scale weddings and special events are expertly catered for at this beautiful Euro styled café. With a fabulous chef, this venue is wonderful for an intimate group of your nearest and dearest. Ideal for a brunch wedding, a lavish lunch, or a divine dinner with all your desired wedding day trimmings – including all manner of decadent cakes, desserts and treats for your most favourite people. Special Touch will spoil you and your guests in a delightful space with a menu from heaven.
